Get Fit for Floatzilla

"Get Fit for Floatzilla" is a beginner paddling class to help people with less experience on the water get ready for Floatzilla. The Get Fit class will be Sunday, August 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Credit Island Slough in Davenport. Meet at the docks at the corner of South Concord Street and Miller Avenue. Kayaks and instruction will be provided courtesy of River Action and the Saukenuk Paddlers. The first 10 people registered will get a free Floatzilla lifejacket. There is a limit of 20 participants.
