FLOATZILLA 2025 & New 10-Mile Dam to Dam Race

River Action's annual paddle event on the Mississippi River, FLOATZILLA, is August 15-16, 2025! Depart from one of 8 launch sites across the QC, ranging from 'just a paddle' around Lake Potter to Empire Park in Hampton - a 10 mile paddle to Lake Potter that requires you to lock through Lock & Dam 15! The event wraps up at Lake Potter in Rock Island, IL with FLOATZILLAPALOOZA, where we will have live music by the Funktastic 5, delicious food trucks, an obstacle course, and a rubber duck hunt for a chance to win a kayak!
